About Me

If you’re here, it’s probably for a reason, maybe you want to know my story. But hey, if you’re feeling a bit lazy to read it ... fair enough ... I could tell you the short version: my name is Lili, and I paint what people often can’t see; emotions, hidden stories, the unsaid. But since you’re here, I believe you want to hear the full story, and I’m honored to share it with you.
I’m a woman who grew up surrounded by all kinds of art in Geneva, Switzerland. Since I was a kid, art has been my language my way to express pain, love, anger, sadness, and joy. I have been mixing poetry, music, painting, dancing, design and even cooking to show my true self, hoping others see the real me or even themselves sometimes, raw and authentic.
Like many, life took me off track for a while. I made big mistakes, pushed limits, and lived with chaos inside. It felt like my world was falling apart, and I thought I was destined for misery. But I don’t believe that anymore. I’m not proud of every chapter of my life, but I’m proud of who I’m becoming.
I want to shout from the rooftops that anyone can start over and live life fully. You are under no obligation to keep being the same person you were yesterday ! Everyone makes choices they sometimes regret, but learning and growing makes those past choices your strength, it's the way you react to your decisions that define who you are going to be. Forgive yourself for not knowing better before you did.

With all that said, it leads to the artistic reality that accompanied me during these years and that have inspired me and I now want to make people see emotions and all the unsaid words a person can hide deep inside, all the feelings and hidden stories. I want to help people understand these things through my art and visons. I want to bring back colour in the mind of the people that come across my art. Bring light in their lives, homes, hearts and surroundings. Art has been my secret diary and I hope every page of it will find a home in a person's heart, on the wall behind their bed, on the top of their desk or even in the living room! I hope heartfelt letters will be sent and stories told. Send the postcard with the words you've wanted to say for so long, the good memories and the bad ones ! Hang up the art, the colors wherever you want.
